To avoid gender-related, disability, and racial bias in recruitment and selection, Mr Clifford Lo, Senior Training Officer of the Equal Opportunities Commission, will explain the application of Anti-Discrimination Ordinances in recruitment and selection processes, the legal liabilities arising from discriminatory recruitment practices, and good practices in preventing discrimination in HRM functions. Colleagues who are involved in recruitment and selection, or handle other human resources matters are encourged to join this talk.
