The University takes a zero-tolerance stance towards sexual harassment. It is of critical importance that student orientation organisers ensure there must not be any potential sexual harassment elements in student orientation activities, and all students must treat each other with respect.
Student orientation organisers are cordially invited to join the Train-the-organisers Session for Student Orientation Organisers to learn more about the definitions of sexual harassment, examples of sexual harassment, potential legal liabilities, the University’s procedures for handling such complaints, and their roles as student orientation organisers.
